Tuna Stuffed Peppers

Today we made a crowd pleaser… Tuna Stuffed Peppers loaded with veggies!

Tuna Stuffed Peppers

For a Whole30 Compliant version, leave out the greek yogurt and sub with pale mayo.

Ingredients

  • 1 can tuna drained
  • Paleo mayo Whole30 recipe
  • Greek yogurt *omit if following Whole 30
  • Some pepperocini juice
  • Salt & pepper
  • Garlic powder
  • Yellow peppers
  • Green onion
  • Grape tomatoes
  • Pepperoncini Greek Gourmet Brand
  • Celery
  • Carrots
  • Cilantro

Instructions

  1. Chop all veggies and mix with mayo, yogurt and spices. Dish into pitted green peppers sliced in half. Enjoy!

    This looks amazing and all but there is no Tuna in the recipe. Wondering what canned and or fresh tuna you use? Would love to know more

      Hi Jen, I use canned albacore, wild caught in water from Sprouts. Xo
