Shannon is a wife and mother of three amazing, active, and healthy kids ages 19, 17, and 6. In 2001, she was diagnosed with a digestive disorder that forced her to drastically change her diet. Through her health journey, Shannon discovered a passion for cooking and healing the body with real food. She feeds her family nutritious, flavor-packed meals and teaches them to love whole foods one veggie at a time. Rachel is a wife and adoptive mother of five (four on earth, one in heaven). She took control of her health six years ago, after noticing a decline in her physical fitness and energy levels. Rachel recently became a NASM certified personal trainer to help others on their journey to better health.
