Salmon is the ONLY fish I can get everyone in my family to eat! This recipe is fast, fool proof and Whole Family approved. Fish can be intimidating but it really is so SO easy!
Lemon Rosemary Salmon
- Salmon Filets
- Avocado Oil
- Fresh rosemary sprigs
- Lemon pepper
- Sea salt
Thinly slice lemons to form a layer in the bottom of a greased baking dish. Top with a few sprigs fresh rosemary.
Place fish skin side down. Brush with avocado oil and squeeze the juice of one lemon over the top.
Sprinkle with lemon pepper & sea salt. Top with more lemon slices and rosemary.
Bake at 425 for 25 min. Remove skin. Enjoy!
Tip: To check if the fish is done, place two forks back to back into fish and pull apart. If fish flakes easily its done. If not give it a couple more min checking often.
