This is an all time family favorite side dish to accompany all of your favorite Mexican dishes! You can easily adjust the spice by adding more or less adobo sauce too! Perfect atop fresh fish tacos or salmon burgers! Enjoy!
- 2 cups shredded Cole slaw mix
- 1 cup shredded purple cabbage
- 1/2 cup homemade mayo
- 1 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
- Juice of one lime
- Kosher salt to taste
- 2 tbsp adobo sauce
- 1 tbsp dried or 1 cup fresh chopped cilantro
In a small bowl whisk all ingredients together until well blended. Reserve 1/4 cup to drizzle over tacos or salmon burgers if you'd like. Enjoy!
