Gingerbread Overnight Oats (gluten free)

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Add dry ingredients to a medium bowl. Mix well

  2. Add milk, honey and molasses to dry ingredients. Stir to combine.

  3. Evenly distribute oat mixture into 4 mason jars or food prep containers. 

  4. Refrigerate for at least 8 hours or up to overnight for best results.

  5. Top with 2 tbsp whipped cream and 1 tsp chopped pecans before serving. Enjoy!
