2tubs Good Foods avocado mashor 1/2 avocado, sliced
1/2cuporganic 2% cottage cheese
2tbspraw pumpkin seeds
1tspeverything but the bagel seasoning
pinchof red pepper flakes
dashgarlic powder
kosher salt and pepper to taste
2tspavocado oil
Instructions
Toast bread to your liking. The darker the better for me.
Top each slice with one tub avocado mash, 1/4 cup cottage cheese, 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds, 1/2 tsp EBTBS, pinch of red pepper flakes, dash of garlic powder, salt and pepper.
