almond milk or milk of choice

cold water

scoop vanilla protein powder
I use VEGA
1/2
tsp
cocoa powder
1/2
tsp
cinnamon
1/2
tsp
ginger
Dash of ground cloves
1
banana
1-2
tbsp
unsulphered molasses
I use 2 but I LOVE the flavor of molasses
Handful of ice
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a high powered blender and blend until smooth. Yum!
