Frozen Blueberry Pineapple Greek Yogurt Bark

You could also use flavored yogurt and omit the honey if you choose.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups fresh blueberries washed and stems removed
  • 1/2 cup pineapple tidbits

Instructions

  1. Line a 9x13 cake pan with parchment or wax paper.
  2. Mix together yogurt, vanilla and honey.
  3. Add blueberries and pineapple.
  4. Stir until blueberries are evenly coated.
  5. Spead out evenly on parchment lined pan.
  6. Freeze overnight. Slice, serve and devour! *I sprinkled ours with a dash of coconut sugar.
