Caramel Apple Power Bites

I like to double the recipe but make two batches seperately. It doesn't blend as well all at once. You'll want more than one batch guaranteed!

Servings 11 balls

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup pitted medjool dates about 6
  • 1 cup dried apple rings not the crunchy freeze dried kind, you want them chewy
  • 1/2 tsp apple pie spice
  • 1/2 cup sliced almonds
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin flax granola or granola of choice
  • 2 tbsp pure maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Combine first three ingredients in a food processor and process until well blended.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and process until a dough forms.
  3. Roll into balls using a 2 inch cookie scoop. Keep in refrigerator for up to a week. Enjoy!
