Protein Packed Avocado Toast

Ingredients

  • 2 slices Daves killer good seed bread thin-sliced 
  • 2 tubs Good Foods avocado mash or 1/2 avocado, sliced
  • 1/2 cup organic 2% cottage cheese
  • 2 tbsp raw pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tsp everything but the bagel seasoning
  • pinch of red pepper flakes
  • dash garlic powder
  • kosher salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tsp avocado oil

Instructions

  1. Toast bread to your liking. The darker the better for me.
  2. Top each slice with one tub avocado mash, 1/4 cup cottage cheese, 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds, 1/2 tsp EBTBS, pinch of red pepper flakes, dash of garlic powder, salt and pepper.

  3. Drizzle with 1 tsp avocado oil. Enjoy!
