Holiday Gingerbread Smoothie

Servings 2 servings

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 c almond milk or milk of choice
  • 1/2 c cold water
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder I use VEGA
  • 1/2 tsp cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ginger
  • Dash of ground cloves
  • 1 banana
  • 1-2 tbsp unsulphered molasses I use 2 but I LOVE the flavor of molasses
  • Handful of ice

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a high powered blender and blend until smooth. Yum!
