Zucchini Hummus
Ingredients

medium zucchinis
cut into chunks (about 2-3 cups)
1/2
cup
raw almond butter or tahini

cloves
of garlic
peeled

olive or avocado oil
only if needed depending on how oily your almond butter is

T
lemon juice
1
teaspoon
sea salt
1
teaspoon
cumin
1/2
teaspoon
cayenne
Instructions
Combine all of the ingredients in a high powered blender or food processor and process until smooth.
Taste and adjust seasonings if needed.
